   परंतु बराक ओबामा के समय अमेरिका सबसे अधिक अव्यवस्थित क्षेत्र मध्य पूर्व में आश्चर्यजनक रूप से अप्रासंगिक हो गया है। असंगतता, अक्षमता और निष्क्रियता के चलते ओबामा प्रशासन नपुंसक हो गया है। विदेश नीति के मामले में ओबामा ऐसे व्यवहार करते हैं कि उन्हें तो बेल्जियम जैसे छोटे से देश का प्रधानमंत्री होना चाहिये था जो कि संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ में मतदान करते समय अपने पडोसी देश की नकल करता है या फिर सुदूर समस्या को लेकर अच्छी अच्छी बातें कहता है। बेल्जियम के लोग नैसर्गिक रूप से “ पीछे से नेतृत्व करते हैं” जो कि ओबामा के व्हाइट हाउस से निकलने वाला प्रसिद्ध वाक्याँश है।
